My Dear Diary
This isn't a typical blog section. This is where I put down my camera as "Cosmology Mentor" and just become Muskan.
Everyone sees the science, the space content, the mentorship — but behind every person chasing something big, there's a much longer, messier story of how they got there. This is mine.
Here, I'm writing the real timeline: the classroom moment that first pointed me toward the stars, the fights and quiet compromises at home over a dream no one in my family had a name for, the year I spent teaching myself an entire exam syllabus with nothing but YouTube and stubbornness, and the harder chapters too — the ones about my mental health, the misdiagnoses, the hospital rooms, and the slow, non-linear road back to myself.
I'm sharing this because I know what it's like to feel like the only person in the world speaking a language no one around you understands. If even one part of this makes you feel less alone — or gives a parent somewhere a little more patience with their own child's strange, unfamiliar dream — then putting this diary out into the world will have been worth it.
New entries are added as I write them. Some are about the universe. Most, really, are about becoming the kind of person who could go looking for it.
Grab a cup of chai. This is the long version of my story.
